Maths Homework
All pupils should receive homework once a week, with the exception of the week after the holiday and the week before a holiday which are optional.
In classes working at upper levels pupils will be catching up work on a daily basis, this is especially so at Higher level.
Homeworks are taken from a common bank, so although work is not identical, similar classes will get similar homeworks. The Department finds that different classes require slightly different work to consolidate their learning.
S5/6 pupils are given longer term targets to revise during their study periods.
