S1 & S2
Homework is given on average every 2nd week. It can be an exercise or information to be gathered eg. find the ingredients required to make muffins.
S3 & S4
SG Home Economics - homework is given every week. Exception can be; when practical assessments are happening, the homework is to practice at home or finish off planning.
Hospitality – Projects and assignments are given as homework as they occur. Planning for practical and practice at home can also be given.
S5/6
Hospitality – Projects and assignments are given as homework as they occur. Planning for practical and practice at home can also be given.
Craft & Design, Graphic Communication & Woodworking Skills
S1 & S2
Homework is given on average very 2nd week. It can be an exercise or information to be gathered eg. Identify the tools used today or give the safety rules of the work room.
S3 & S4
SG Craft & Design – Folio work is given. Homework booklets are given on theory work with past papers.
SG Graphic Communication – booklets are given on theory work with past papers.
Woodworking Skills – homework is hardly ever given as the course is wholly practical with no written work.
S5/6
Higher & Int2 Graphic Communication – booklets are given on theory work with past papers.
